Kitchens are great social and educational places: our dearest dishes originate there, but also those meals that don’t make the little ones so happy. We propose parents and children together to share this fun space to discover learn and cooperate.
Involving children in the preparation of family meals adds to their creativity and to the education of their habits and tastes; it also develops their self-esteem, autonomy and responsibility.
The youngest ones can begin helping with the simplest tasks, as they grow they assume more complicated challenges; and in their teens they will go beyond frozen foods and microwaving.
Our classes are hands-on, we select healthy ingredients to cook attractive recipes. We teach basic and easy techniques, and we involve parents to help and teach more difficult issues.
