Workshops to guide conversation and English practice. Sessions are designed upon the fruit and vegetable calendar to learn all about the colors and flavors of Winter. To better understand all the possibilities that these products offer, I present local and international recipes; sweet and savory; cold and warm; soups and desserts; al dente or baked.
Working with different basic culinary techniques, we prepare one recipe that students take home in their “tuppers”. Classes take place at Tweed Idiomes in the center of Tarrasa.
